Daniel graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2005 and worked for more than 5 years as a senior architect for a major firm. During that time, he became an expert in development and managed numerous complex development approvals.
​
With his vast experience and expertise, Daniel went on to found Advanz Group, where he continues to lead the team with passion and commitment. He is a humble, honest, and punctual individual who takes great responsibility for project management, development consultation, and building approval processes.
Daniel's unwavering dedication to his work and his team has earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and clients alike.

With extensive experience in both residential and commercial projects, Benjamin has a keen eye for detail and is committed to delivering results that meet the highest standards. He places a strong emphasis on quality and budget, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Matthew is our talented and accomplished registered architect who always brings his innovative and stunning designs to life..
He graduated from the University of New South Wales and brings with him extensive experience in the design and procurement of various projects. He has held a senior position with Cullen Feng & Chen chow Little Architects, where he played key integral role in the design and delivery of a range of projects.

Matthew's portfolio includes retail shops, high-end housing projects, multi-unit housing developments, office buildings, and art galleries. His contributions to these projects have been significant, leading to numerous awards and recognition for outstanding design.

Matthew's designs are not only visually appealing but also practical, ergonomic, and sustainable, with a keen focus on enhancing the user experience. He is passionate about delivering projects that meet and exceed client expectations, ensuring that every design is of the highest quality.

We are thrilled to have Patrick on board as our experienced structural engineer. With over 7 years of design experience in Sydney and Canberra, Patrick has worked across a range of sectors, including residential, health, commercial, and education. He has an impressive track record of successfully delivering small to large scale projects, collaborating with other disciplines from concept stage to completion. His works consistently consider practicability, cost, and value, ensuring that every project he undertakes is not only functional but also cost-effective and adds value for the client. With his expertise and commitment to quality, Patrick is a valuable asset to our team.

Yao has particular interest in joinery and carpentry, and with his planer and saw, he can transform timber into unique and beautiful shapes. Yao is not only skilled but also patient, ensuring that every project meets his high standards. In addition to his excellent craftsmanship, Yao places a strong emphasis on site safety and cleanliness. He always manages to keep the work area neat and safe, ensuring that everyone on site can work in a secure environment.

Prior to joining Advanz Group, Ray worked for the largest air-conditioning contractor in Hong Kong, where he gained invaluable experience managing complex construction projects. With years of experience in managing large-scale construction environments in Hong Kong, Ray brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

As our Factory and Office Manager, Ray is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our workshop and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. With his keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills, Ray ensures that the workshop is always safe, tidy, and operating at peak efficiency.
